Model Connection Configuration
On this page, you will learn how to configure correctly the connection to your database model, table model and partitions.
If your writeback table is in Import mode, you will need to complete this configuration. For more information about Import mode, refer to the DirectQuery and Import modes section.
Model Connection
Turn on the Model Connection switch and start to configure the model connection to process your model.
1. Add "Workspace Connection".
2. Add "User Id".
3. Add "Password" for the specified user.
4. Add "Database Model" name.
5. Add "Table Model" name.
6. Add "Partition Table" name (optional).
Dependencies
Dependencies are optional and should only be filled if you want to process them.
7. Select the "Number of Dependencies" you want to process.
8. For each dependency, add the name of the table and, if applicable, the partition of that table.
